Sometimes it seems like our interest in things that are green, is slowing a bit. But with some of the major QSR chains investing money in more enviromentally sustainable things, maybe it's just slowing, organically.
For a while, Green Franchises were all the rage. Now, not so much. (I have faith in franchise concepts that focus on green energy, though. And that use green products in their service offerings.)
Long-Term Possibilties
According to an article I just read over at Forbes.com, consumers really want to visit restaurants which serve them food made up of naturally grown, chemical-free and environmentally friendly ingredients. That's a good thing-even better with the current state of affairs in the US economy.
