In conjunction with Small Business Week, the House Small Business Committee will conduct a hearing Wednesday titled "Small Business Heroes." Two IFA members will be among the witnesses: Guier Franchising Concepts President Lea Bailes of Blue Springs, Mo., and MAACO Auto Painting & Body Works franchisee Brian Greenley, of Littleton, Colo.
