Each year, FBR, a national franchise market research firm, conducts a survey among thousands of franchisees from a number of franchise businesses to measure how they feel about the business they have joined. The survey asks franchisees to rate their level of satisfaction regarding such areas as the financial opportunity afforded, the training and support provided, system quality issues and the relationship franchisees have with the franchisor.
