Karen Mills has been working hard, {Let's assume} for 5 weeks now. Is she fixing anything? Are those three-piece suits loosening lending up for start-ups?
During an interview with the Denver Business Journal, Mills said she has three priorities;
"The first is to get the Recovery Act implemented — get the money in the hands of small businesses. At this moment, when we have this much economic distress, this is “making a difference” money. And it’s already out, and we’re seeing businesses where it’s made a difference."
