As a current or future small business owner, do you feel that a handshake is enough? There are so many ways one can get burned. Trusting someone is a wonderful thing. However, you cannot take trust to court. You can take a signed document though. Right?

Rush Nigut,an Iowa Franchisee Attorney, explains why you should only get things in writing, in his article in IowaBiz Business Record. You may want to "save" it to your PC.
